From the beginning, Ray's team was very communicative and responsive. They kept us informed every step of the way. The level of customer service and care that they provide is unmatched. They spent just as much care (if not more) to the rusty 2008 f150 as they did the 2018 volvo and that was truly appreciated. We have another car that we will be bringing in to get tinted. I shopped around prior to coming to Ray's and I am so glad I went with them. We will also be using them for all future detailing needs. As a female, bringing my car to a shop can sometimes not be a fun experience, but everyone at Ray's was delightful and no one pressured me or tried to up sale.
